Dynamics 365 (D365) is Southern Cross University’s (SCU) central Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
It is used across the university to support student recruitment, engagement, marketing, customer service, and business insights. By bringing together data and interactions from multiple channels, D365 helps staff collaborate, streamline operations, and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience to prospective students, current students, partners, alumni and other key stakeholders.
Who supports Dynamics 365 at SCU?
- Tier 1 - essential help desk resolution, system access and service delivery is managed via the Technology Services Service Desk (servicedesk@scu.edu.au)
- Tier 2 - in-depth operational and database support, Power App and Power Automation development and support is managed via the Technology Services, Recruit and Engage Technologies (RET) team (CRMTeam@scu.edu.au)
- Tier 3 - expert platform and integration support is managed via the Technology Services, Recruit and Engage Technologies (RET) team, with additional support from Microsoft and the Technology Services Platform and Development teams
