Please note: Equitrac Pay Station machines do not give change. Please ensure you have the correct change before adding credit to your student card.
You can add funds for printing to your student card online, via the Equitrac PrintPay page.
This add printing funds service is currently only available on-campus.
Step 1: To login, use your SCU Username and Password. You'll need to use the same as you would use for on-campus computers and wireless eg jsmith10, jsmith700, jsmith600
Step 2: Once logged in, select the option to pay with PayPal.
If you don't currently have a PayPal account you will be given the option to pay via Debit or Credit Card at a later step, once you're redirected to the PayPal Guest Login Screen.
Step 3: Input the amount you'd like to add to your card (must be a minimum of $5 AUD and a maximum of $50 AUD).
Please ensure you agree to both terms and conditions boxes, then proceed to PayPal Checkout.
Step 4: On this screen you will be able to login with an existing PayPal account, or you can choose Checkout as Guest (to pay via a Debit or Credit Card)
If paying with PayPal, please login and select Continue on the following screen.
If paying via Debit or Credit Card , you will be taken to a guest checkout screen where you can enter your card number and personal details, click Continue as Guest.
Enter email address, click on Continue to Payment
Step 5: After this step, we suggest selecting the option at the bottom of the screen to create a PayPal account using the details entered above. This will make adding funds to your account easier in the future.
Step 6: Once you've paid, you will be directed back to the PrintPay website to review and finalize - please press Pay Now. You should then receive confirmation that the payment has completed successfully.
Step 7: If the payment does not process successfully, please ensure that your card details have been entered correctly into PayPal and that funds are available on your selected card.
