Call forwarding

Occasionally, you may wish to forward your phone to another person. An example might include when you are on leave. Please be aware that if you forward your calls to another number or to Voicemail, it will redirect every call (including internal calls from colleagues and external calls).

Rather than forward calls to your mobile phone, it is recommended that you install the MS Teams Mobile App on your phone instead. That way incoming calls can ring both on your Mobile phone, or on the Desktop. This makes it easy when you are leaving your office, and want to handle calls on the move.


Configure call forwarding by clicking the Forwarding menu (bottom left of Calls screen) and choosing from the following options:

• Don’t forward
• Forward to Voicemail
• Forwarding to call group
• Forwarding to delegates
• More Settings
