How to setup your camera and microphone when using Collaborate Ultra

To set up your camera and microphone please follow these instructions.

Step 1: Log into your MySCU website https://learn.scu.edu.au and join the Blackboard Collaborate Ultra room from your unit homepage.

Step 2: Click on the Collaborate panel button from the bottom of the page

Step 3: Click on the My Settings button

Step 4: On the My Settings page, you will see Audio and Video Settings options. 

Run the Set up your camera and microphone button.

Step 5: You can also raise or lower the speak and microphone volume settings.
