My grades are flashing then disappearing

This article will provide instructions for students to view their grades from within the Blackboard learning site.

Occasionally, when students try to view their grades within a Blackboard unit, the grades will flash briefly then disappear. This is due to Blackboard defaulting to an incorrect filter on the grades. 

Step 1: Log into your unit and click on Grades and Feedback tab

Step 2: Below the My Grades heading you you will see a number of different tabs. All, Graded, Upcoming and Submitted.   Click on the All tab

Step 3:  Your grades will now display
