Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is a workspace app that allows the creation of channels/teams to facilitate real-time collaboration and communication via chats, meetings, calls, and file sharing.

The main MS Teams components include:

• Teams - Microsoft Teams are groups of people brought together for work, projects, or common interests. Teams are made up of channels. Find channels to belong to or create your own.

• Calendar (Meetings) - See everything you’ve got lined up for the day or week. Or, schedule a meeting. This calendar syncs with your Outlook calendar.

• Calls - Call anyone from Teams, even if they’re not using Teams.

• Activity - Catch up on all of your unread messages, @mentions, replies, and more. (Type "/" in the search box to see a list of shortcut commands that can be quickly executed e.g. Type /unread to display all of your unread activity.
