Service Desk - In Person Support
Technology Service Desk also offers in-person support for students on-campus
Support Includes
- Access issues for SCU Systems and Services
- Basic assistance with MySCU/Blackboard
- Wireless access support (WiFi)
- Print/Copy/Scanning
- Basic issues with personal devices such as;
- Assistance downloading and installing supported SCU applications e.g. Office
- Assistance setting up email on mobile phones etc
